New Permit Holder Application Screen Choose your nationality type, either a country within the European Union or outside of the European Union Click Here to proceed with application
Driver Details Entry Screen, Part 1 Enter date of birth in the following format 01 01 1977 Most of the data is pre populated from your user ID, however you must complete boxes marked with a * as these are mandatory fields Enter date of Passing UK Driving test in the following format 01 01 1977 Select from Dropdown the number of years resident in the UK, if more than 1 year please enter length of residency Select from Dropdown the type of vehicle you are licensed to drive
Driver Details Entry Screen, Part 2 Read the Declaration and then tick the box to accept terms Once the declaration box has been ticked you may then click on the continue button to proceed
Endorsements, Medical, Insurance & Accident Data, Part 1 If you have any Endorsements, Medical Insurance or Accident Data please click on the add “ ” info line and follow the instructions
Endorsements, Medical, Insurance & Accident Data, Part 2 Click on the dropdown to identify the endorsement type Click on the dropdown for the number of penalty points Click on “Add Endorsements Info” to add further endorsements Type in offence date Click on the dropdown to indicate if the points have expired or not
Endorsements, Medical, Insurance & Accident Data, Part 3 Free type any applicable medical information you know you must disclose for insurance purposes Click on “Add Medical Info” to add declarable medical information
Endorsements, Medical, Insurance & Accident Data, Part 4 Repeat process for Prosecution, Insurance and Accident Claim Insurance Info. Read the Declaration and then tick the box to accept terms Once the declaration box has been ticked you may then click on the continue button to proceed If you do not wish to proceed with your application then click on the red “delete Permit Number Request” box Click on the “No amendments? Log out” box if you do not wish to amend a previous declaration
Endorsements, Medical, Insurance & Accident Data, Part 5 Please tick the ”No” Box to indicate that you have no Endorsements, Medical, Insurance or Accident Data to Declare, then you will have to complete the following declarations Please read and tick the declaration box to indicate agree with our terms Once you have ticked the declaration box then you may click on the confirmation button to complete your application
Approval Screen Based on the information you have provided, you will be informed of your acceptance (in which case you will receive your permit number as shown) This will result in an email being sent to you as confirmation

Application Pending Approval Screen Based on the information you have provided, You will be informed that your status is “Pending” and that your details have been passed to our insurance company for consideration. This will be confirmed by email
Example of a Pending Email Please take note. You will receive a copy of this email if you declare any Endorsements, Medical, Insurance or Accident Data, if you have resided in the UK for less than 1 year or declare any other data that may have a bearing on insurance cover being provided.
Example of a Rejection Email Please take note. The reason for rejection is confidential and is copied to the Master Administrator for their information only. You may be requested to supply further information in order to process your application or you may be asked if there were any extenuating circumstances at the time of the incident.
