OPMT Report • Accomplishments • 9104-2/-3 are in the implementation stage • 9104 re-write proceding • OPMT Budget is ready for presentation • Two improvement initiatives launched, target is auditor competency and corrective action closure improvement. • Feedback process is in use, work to increase usage by all stakeholders.

  4. OPMT Report • Both the FAA and EASA have decided to participate in ICOP oversight activities. Focals from the EAQG and AAQG have been identified. • Supply Chain Handbook will be published on internet. Guidance material to help organizations in developing processes required by AS9100. • IAQG OPMT Resolutions Log

OPMT Report • SWG Feedback: • Effectiveness of ICOP is in question • Authorities audits indicate continued systemic issues at certified suppliers • OEM audits indicate continued systemic issues at certified suppliers • We need to act quickly, some OEMs are close to giving up on process • Modified budget was approved.

  6. OPMT Report • SWG Feedback: • Directive – OPMT needs to bring to Naples IAQG meeting analysis of failure modes and action plan – Upcoming OPMT meeting in Berlin is set to develop plan.
