Le attività hanno avuto inizio con delle lezioni di presentazione ed introduzione sulla struttura e sulle proprietà di alcune piante della macchia mediterranea. • Sono state organizzate lezioni all’aperto durante le quali i ragazzi, accompagnati dai docenti, hanno raccolto fiori, frutti, foglie e rami per poter conoscere e studiare da vicino le diverse specie locali.

  3. Raccolta di erbe e arbusti spontanei durante la nostra visita alla fattoria didattica “Il mondo di Heidi”.

  4. Realizzazione del nostro pane con le • olive,tenendo presente informazioni • scientifiche,ricette della nonna e racconti.
