Area 435 Production • Production (2015) • 303 identified candidates (up 13% annually—five yr high) • 160 4060 interviews (up 5%—five yr high) • 65 fully qualified candidates (up 27%—five yr high) • 64 diversity candidates (up 10%—five yr high) • 33 qualified diversity candidates (up 38%—five yr high) • 50%+ of interviews were qualified diversity candidates • 24 offers to date (to include 3 Prep School offers) • 28 AFROTC interviews (up 211% annually—five yr high) • Production (2016) • 78 SS (up 47%—5 yr high); 35 offers (up 25%—5 yr high)

The Plan • e • Added 50+ schools (now have 501 schools across our 50,000 sq/mile area) • All ALOs will cover schools area-wide • Some form of comm with all • Mentor, counsel, and prepare all candidates for interview (e-mail, phone, Skype) • For 4060: almost all will be in San Antonio at some point—interview there; else we will look at “en masse” interview dates downrange • Willing to “balance” load across ALOs • Encourage students to complete early!
