Activity Log Process • ALO enters activity • LOD approves by 10th of each month • RRA (Lt Col MacDonald) certifies by 15th • Point Credit Report generated • Date file sent to : • UTAPSweb • Pay System • Final Record (Point Credit and Retirement System) • Viewed through vMPF • Points logged here are official record • *Note: process differs slightly for Cat A, B, and ANG

  3. LOD: Approves by 10th LOD Must approve by 10th Click on “Exported” to see history

  4. ALO Enters “Military Status” under Activity Log

  5. ALO Views Point Credit Report (after 15th of next month) Select “Point Credit Report”

  6. Point Credit Report (cont.) Point Credit Report Generates a “40A”

  7. Point Credit Report Format Note: This is the form that Cat A (Traditional/Unit Reservists) should print and take to their unit for UTAPS input

  8. Next….data file sent from ALOweb to UTAPS (Unit Training Assembly Participation System) • Access UTAPS through AROWS to see this happen… Select “UTAPS”

  12. In UTAPS..select “IMA/PIRR Schedule”

  13. ALO Points reflect in UTAPS automatically for Cat E (primary duty) and Cat B (IMA) ALOs Blue outline means “points only” Cat B (IMA) will show grey until “send to pay” Black color means “Sent To Pay”

  14. Dates in PCR should match UTAPS…

  15. Next…UTAPS Should Match PCARS Note: Pay office transmits points from UTAPS to PCARS (via pay system)

  16. Common Problems • Pay account not established with RPO • Glitches between pay system and MILPDS (most resolve within 60 days) • Cat B: Supervisor loaded in UTAPS? • Cat A: Need to take Point Credit Report to unit • ANG: Need to use vPC-GR • Trouble Ticket • Form on ALOweb (Toolboxes/ALO Toolbox/ Activity and Points Processing Information) • Submit through LOD
