Over 300 online courses are available. • Deliverables include: • All you can learn subscriptions to hundreds of courses at discounted rates. • SmartPros are sponsored by NASBA and are approved for CPE and CAPP/CAPA credits. • This program is available through our new website and offers courses in various areas of Finance, Accounting, Tax and much more.   16. Membership What’s In It For You: The key to any associations success is its ability to grow and retain members. In 2008-09 we will: • Achieve an 85% retention rate. • Add 1700 new members. • Set foundation to double in size within 5 years. Key Initiatives: • Create a member satisfaction survey that also includes questions that allow us to prospect for new services that hold value to our members. Re-measure at year-end. • Create a Group Membership structure. • Develop and Implement a plan for government AP members. • Develop/implement a comprehensive membership growth system with: • Automatic Enrollments MEMBERSHIP
