  3. Uitgangspunten/Doelstellingen • Landelijk uniforme intake. • Co-creatie: ROC, korps, PA en Stadstoezicht • Vaststellen: wat wil je meten ? • Producten ontwikkelen: sporttest interview, AMN en stroomschema • Scholing interviewers

  4. Wat willen we meten ? • Wat wil je en wat kun je meten op deze leeftijd ? • Basis blijft de HTV opleiding. • Sporttest zal meten of hij/zij potentie heeft. • Zit er potentie in om politieman/vrouw te worden

  5. Deadline oplevering producten: 1 november 2011 • Stroomschema: beschrijving van het werving en communicatieproces (gereed), • AMN test + specifieke “politiecompetenties” • Sporttesten, beschrijving, plattegrond en normering. • Interview vragen, protocol + indicatoren. • 5. Scholing/training van interviewers • olv. Politieacademie.(data vaststellen)
