Brigade JUMS/JCIMS Tier Support • Research all problems or defects JUMS, • JCIMS2 and Web portal • Test defects and inform Tier 2 of the status • Keep Tier 2 informed of changes and updates • maintain a log • Keep Tier 1 Brigade Reps informed of changes and updates to JUMS, • JCIMS2 and the Web portal. • Research all problems or defects with JUMS, JCIMS2, and the Web • portal and maintain a log. • Submit problems or defects with JUMS, JCIMS2, and the Web portal to Tier • Review recommendations for program changes or enhancements received from • Tier 1 and submit to Tier 2 for approval. • Keep Tier 1 Brigade Reps informed of the status of when defects will be • resolved and fixed. • Reset Instructor's passwords for JUMS, JCIMS2, and the Web portal • Become the JUMS help desk for schools in their Brigade • Field all questions from Instructors pertaining to JUMS • Keep Instructors informed of changes and updates to JUMS, JCIMS2, and the Web portal. • Submit reasonable recommendations for program changes or enhancements to Tier 2. • Troubleshoot all problems or defects with JUMS, JCIMS2, and the Web portal and report them to Tier 2
