  17. Charter Oak Program Disenrolled - Failure to Pay Premium Effective 9/1/2011 Premiums for all bands went from $307.00 to $446.00.

  19. Failure to Pay Premium by Program Reinstatement: On the 20th of the month lockouts are run. Payments are accepted late and clients are reinstated.

  25. HUSKY DMedicaid for Low Income Adults (LIA) DSS acknowledges a reporting discrepancy relative to month end pending as compared to month begin totals.  Despite the discrepancy, the overall trend represented is generally accurate.

  26. HUSKY B and Charter Oak Application Activity • Application “month end” and next month “month begin”  counts do not foot due to applications for Charter Oak and HUSKY B are not a one to one count and one application can be used for multiple programs.
