Comments… • Evaluation Comments • Patient Comments • The doctor not only communicated with me, the mom, about what is going on but also with my son. She let him know what he/she was going to do, which is very important. Every time she came in, she would ask if we needed anything. After several days of not seeing her, the doctor saw me in the hallway and gave me a hug and wanted to know how the transplant had gone… He/she will go onto become an amazing doctor. • She was so smooth and the whole process was so easy. Really though, I had less stress yesterday than I have had in a while. It was remarkable, you would think that when you are in the hospital you would be nervous, on edge, but he/she made us feel so comfortable. We had a little issue, just a miscommunication where someone thought they heard something they didn't but he/she just took control and straightened it out. If I could get away with it, I would buy them all lunch if I could. Remarkably together team. From the time I walked in the door I felt that I was at home and I have never been in this building before. I am so proud of this care. • "He/She has been doing a great job. My five year old actually asked if he could stay here because the doctors were so much nicer than his teachers. We live far away and he/she has done his/her best to make us feel at home.
