  2. ¿QUÉ ESTA SUCEDIENDO? • EN MÉXICO NO SE CUENTA CON UN INVENTARIO REAL SOBRE LA CANTIDAD DE DESECHOS ELECTRÓNICOS QUE SE GENERAN, ANUALMENTE. • SE TIENE CONOCIMIENTO DE QUE NO SE CUENTA CON LA INFRAESTRUCTURA PARA EL MANEJO ADECUADO DE DESECHOS ELECTRÓNICOS, PERO SE CONSIDERA QUE EXISTE EL COMERCIO INFORMAL, AÚN CUANDO NO SE TIENEN IDENTIFICADOS LOS CENTROS DE ACOPIO, DE DESMANTELAMIENTO, RÉCICICLAJE O DE DISPOSICIÓN FINAL.

  3. ¿QUÉ ESTA SUCEDIENDO? • LA NORMA OFICIAL MEXICANA NOM-052-SEMARNAT-2005, CONSIDERA TAMBIÉN COMO RESIDUOS PELIGROSOS: • RESIDUOS DE SOLDADURA EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE CIRCUITOS ELECTRÓNICOS QUE CONTENGAN PLOMO U OTROS METALES (ARSÉNICO, BARIO, CADMIO, CROMO, MERCURIO, PLATA, Y SELENIO). • RESIDUOS DE SOLVENTES EMPLEADOS EN LA LIMPIEZA DE LAS PLACAS EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE CIRCUITOS ELECTRÓNICOS.

  4. ¿QUÉ ESTA SUCEDIENDO? • RESIDUOS GENERADOS EN LA PREPARACIÓN DE PIGMENTOS MAGNETICOS Y EN LA PREPARACIÓN DE LA MEZCLA DE COBERTURA EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE CINTAS MAGNETICAS. • RESIDUOS PROVENIENTES DEL RECUBRIMIENTO DE TUBOS ELECTRÓNICOS DURANTE LA PRODUCCIÓN DE LOS MISMOS.

  5. ¿QUÉ ESTA SUCEDIENDO? • LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS QUE LLEVEN A CABO EL MANEJO DE LOS CITADOS RESIDUOS PELIGROSOS DEBERÁN DAR CUMPLIMIENTO A LO DISPUESTO EN LA LEY AMBIENTAL. • SE REQUIERE IMPULSAR EL PLAN DE MANEJO ENTRE LOS DIFERENTES ACTORES: • PRODUCTORES, IMPORTADORES, EXPORTADORES, DISTRIBUIDORES, COMERCIANTES, CONSUMIDORES ETC.
