Reinvigorating Stagnant Innovation Through Your Developer Network

Innovation is a constant struggle for any organization, but what do you do once you have been deemed irrelevant and innovation stagnant? The hardest part in changing external opinions is in giving up control over your development path, allowing your community to guide your future. It all starts with asking them, “What do you want us to do?”. This session will explore how to build a developer network community to reinvigorate your company innovation, taken from building two highly successful company developer networks. We’ll look at how to track success metrics, begin engagement, and change towards an innovative development model.
