Production Update

Approximately 30,000 wire joints to be made by early May. Module stringing progress: 4 type 3’s, 17 type 2’s complete. Duke HEP HV Plate Status: Type 1 (2 remain), Type 3 (1 remain). All other sets due this week.

  3. Wire Joint Production • Approximately 30000 wire joints to be made • At current production levels, Wire joint production should be completed in early May Duke HEP

Module Stringing • Modules Completed • 4 type 3’s complete - 3 remaining • 17 type 2’s complete – 17 remaining • Decrease in Nov due to “completion” of previously strung modules • Decrease in Dec due to amount of available personnel • At current stringing levels, predicted completion in Aug 2003 Duke HEP

  6. HV Plate Status • Type 1 • 35 sets received and tested – 2 remain • Type 2 • 37 sets received and tested – COMPLETE!! • Type 3 • 36 sets received and tested – 1 remain • All remaining sets are due this week. Duke HEP
