CONSEJO TECNICO DE SALUDRESOLUCION: N° 04 DE 16 DE junio DE 2009 • CONSIDERANDO: • Que mediante la Ley Nº 43 de 21 de julio de 2004, modificada por la Ley 32 de 3 de junio de 2008 se establece el Régimen de Certificación y Recertificación de los profesionales, especialistas y técnicos de la disciplina de la Salud en Panamá. • Que el Artículo Octavo del Decreto 373 de 16 de noviembre de 2006, se procedió a reglamentar la Ley 43, señala que el proceso de recertificación, cada colegio o asociación, establecerá sus respectivos estándares de evaluación para ejecutorias y horas créditos de educación continua por cada disciplina profesional, técnica o especialidad. • Que el Consejo Técnico de Salud en su Reunión Ordinaria Nº 2 de 27 de marzo de 2009, consideró y aprobó el Reglamento de Recertificación Médica del Colegio Médico de Panamá, cuya resolución se emite el 16 de junio de 2009.
