Itinerary • January 12th, Sunday • 9:30 Members arrive for Setup • 10:30 Registration Opens • 11:30 Controlled Chaos Opens • 12:30 Registration Closes • 12:30 Pipers Warm Up/Begin • 12:45 People Movement • 1:00 Plunge Takes Place (12:55) • 1:15 Around the House Open • 3:00 Presentations • 3:30Raffle Drawings 2014 Location McLoone’s Pier Village Long Branch

Collecting Pledges New • Pledge Checks must be made out to the SCHOOLS • Collect and Batch At Schools (Avoid Cold Feet including Pledge Forms • The Pledge Forms MUST be submitted with the amount collected. • Monies Received during/after the Plunge should be made out directly to the Schools. • No Pre-Registration Night • Plunge Day Registration by Jan 12th 12:30 PM, In Water by 1:00

Sponsorship Collection • All Sponsorships Must Be Received by December 15th (T-Shirt Printing, Create Signage) • Sponsorship Evidence Must Be Received in Advance; Separate from the Pledge Receipts • Sponsorship Recognition • More Announcements • On Screen Advertising • Follow-up • Irish Festival Invitations
