Expense Optimization Program The Expense Optimization engagement is designed to help IT organizations create a process for the on-going management of expenses so that it becomes a defined responsibility. Most IT divisions have well-defined processes to control their major activities, like help desk, change management, and storage administration. The task of managing expenses should be handled with the same discipline. • The methodology is Plan, Build, Run. This lightweight program will create the governance structure, processes, ownership and goals to achieve just that. We review the current state, build the governance structure, and implement it. The program will help you uncover savings across each cost center, through opportunity identification, commitment control, and consolidated tracking and reporting.
