Academy Payless Quality- Mixture of Name-Brand/Off-Brand products Variety- Luscious assortment of different kind of products and a small area for accessories. Customer service- The employees were quick to help someone find the customers size in shoes. Advertising- Lots of bright signs in the windows advertising all the “spring sales” The business is attached to target so customers are more likely to notice the bright sales signs and run into the store just to check it out before they do their grocery shopping. • Quality- Name Brand products, High priced, high quality. • Variety – mild variety for shoes, large variety of other outdoor products. • Customer Service- employees stayed in the front by the cash registers until customers came to the register. • Advertising- (outside) Academy has canoes and other adventurous outdoor products on the outside fence in order to draw in the “outdoors-men” (inside) They had a few signs for sales on sports wear because of the up-coming spring/summer seasons.
