Analyze Markets • Target market • Who is your product and service targeted for? • Age group • Race/National Origin • Gender • Income level • Urban or rural • Sales potential for first year • How much will you earn in revenue during your first year? • Location • Where will you open your business? • Will you have multiple locations?
