CONCLUSIONES • La determinación del Punto de Equilibrio no toma en cuenta, ni está implícito en su formulación la eficiencia de las operaciones en la organización. • El Punto de Equilibrio debe emplearse con el criterio de búsqueda de volúmenes de venta que den como resultado utilidades igual a cero. • La eficiencia de las operaciones sólo se corrobora con precisión cuando existen momentos comparativos que permitan señalar si el negocio se encamina por el rumbo previsto. • El Punto de Equilibrio de la ejecución real y la prevista pueden diferir, dependiendo de los indicadores relativos de eficiencia.
