  2. Access Your Listing www.monroecountychamber.com

  3. From the “Member Center” dropdown box, click on “Member Login”.

  4. Input your username and password provided by The Chamber.

  5. Update Your Company Information www.monroecountychamber.com

  6. From the “Account Settings” dropdown box, click on “Company Information”.

  7. Confirm your current organization information. If you make any updates click on “Save Changes”. Select “Profile Summary” from the left side of the page.

  8. Update Your Chamber Web Page www.monroecountychamber.com

  9. Under “Website Information” click on “view” or “update” to add or change information.

  10. Add or verify URL for website, Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin.

  11. Update “Description” (displayed in the “About” section of your directory page).

  12. Update “Search Results Description” (summary of business displayed in search results).

  13. Update “Hours of Operation”.

  14. Add or update “Bullet Text” to be displayed in the “Highlights” section of your directory page. Add URL that directly links to your website for more information on each bullet point.

  15. Update or add “Keywords”. Unlimited number of words that describes your business, services, or products to match your page with an appropriate search query. “Save Changes” at the bottom of this page.

  17. Click on “Logos” from the dropdown menu on the left.

  18. To upload your logo, select “Add Image”. Browse and upload your logo file from your computer. File must be .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.

  19. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

  21. Click on “Photos” from the dropdown menu on the left.

  22. Click on “Create Gallery” or “Manage Gallery”.

  23. Click on “Add Image”.

  24. You can browse and upload images from your computer. Select the photo’s position and add a caption if you’d like.

  26. Click on “Videos” from the dropdown menu on the left.

  27. Type or copy and paste your video URL in the space provided. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

  28. Update Your MapPin Information www.monroecountychamber.com

  29. Select “Profile Summary”, then click on “MapPin Information”, then click on “update” or “view”.

  30. Under “Map Service”, we suggest using the default “Goggle Maps”.

  31. Under “Search Results Pin Placement” check box to “Show on Organization Directory”. Verify address to display on MapPin.

  32. Select “Point of Interest Category” and “Point of Interest Sub-Category”. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

  33. Add Proud Member Logo to Your Website www.monroecountychamber.com

  34. Click on “Membership Badge” from the dropdown menu on the left. Click “Generate” to create HTML that you can copy and paste into your website.
