Managers have to learn to concentrate on the welfare of the people working for them and develop ways of motivating their performance. This Bachelor’s Degree covers a curriculum that includes finance, management, economics and organizational behavior.
Bachelor curriculum at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv - Open University helps in preparing the students to take up leadership roles as effective managers in business organizations. Students have to complete the curriculum in three parts to earn the degree.
The classes devoted to liberal arts lay a foundation for understanding the art of management and the dynamics of managers and their work. Students will practice communication skills and also build up an understanding of social, cultural and economic environments.
Other core areas offer students an introductory analysis of all the organizational functional areas, basic organizational concepts and a general view of how to make managerial policies. The quantitative and the qualitative nature of the core subjects allow students to sharpen their analytical skills. They gain a good insight on areas of their business interests.
Admission Criteria • Direct Entry into the second or final year is possible (transfer credits from another university). • This program is equivalent to EQF (European Qualifications Framework) Level 6 - Bachelor Level • European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System: 180 ECTS
