Homeowners Responsibilities • Be a good neighbor; look after each other • Keep home and surrounding area clean and free of debris/clutter • Pick up after your animals (use leash for walks) • Keep grass neatly trimmed (both sides of sidewalk) • Respect your neighbors and their property • Notify the BOD of any violations or nuisances you are unable to resolve

22. Homeowner Responsibilities • Check the website for news and updates • Police yourself and be familiar with the covenants and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs and boats.) • Get approval BEFORE you build (fence, deck, addition, shed, and etc.)
