New 4100U LED Switch Modules New Products Overview • 4100-1300 16 LED/16 Switch Module • Primary Application is Triple Channel Audio Control • Provides Paging and Alert Channel Selection by Floor/Zone • Provides additional features over existing 4100-1278 LED Switch Module • Provides label space per LED/Switch • LEDs are pluggable for color selection based upon local AHJ requirements • 4100-1301 & 1302 Fan & HOA Module • Primary application is fan and smoke control for Canada • Replaces standard 4100U HOA modules where a red LED was not acceptable for control function status indication

  3. 4100-1300 16 LED/16 Switch • More flexibility to meet local codes or project specifications • Some jurisdictions require label next to each switch/LED function • Paper Insert allows custom point labels • Existing 4100-1278 LED Switch Module does not have label space per switch/LED • LEDs are socketed to allow for custom color configurations • Kits of 8 LEDs • 4100-9843 Yellow • 4100-9844 Green • 4100-9845 Red • Functionally and schematically the same as existing 4100-1278 LED/Switch modules • Programming same as existing 4100-1278

  4. 16 LED/16 Switch Module Features • 4100-1300 Key Features • Alternating Red/Yellow Socketed LEDs • One Status LED per Switch • 4100U Panel Mounted 2” Module • All Pluggable LEDs • Custom header label area per module (top) • Custom label area per LED/Switch Pair • 4100-1294 LED/Switch Module Slide-in Labels, order one per cabinet • Available as both Factory Built for new panels and as finished goods for aftermarket module installation • Agency Listings • UL ULC CSFM

  5. 16 LED/16 Switch Target Markets • Primarily used in multi-channel (2-3 channel) audio control applications • Targeted to meet Canadian annunciation requirements • Paper label area per LED/Switch • Can be programmed for other life safety control functions • Socketed LEDs allow for different color combinations • The LED/Switch Module provide an easy cost effective solution • Replaces expensive custom annunicators • Mounts internal to 4100U panel eliminating the need for additional custom cabinets • Reduce product and installation costs increasing competitiveness in projects requiring multi channel audio controls by floor or zone

HOA LED/Switch Module Overview • 4100U smoke control HOA (Hand-Off-Auto) LED/Switch Module is a 24 Switch/ 24 LED (Green/Yellow/Green) • 4100-1301 • With UNLABELED Switches • 4100-1302 • WITH LABELED Switches “ON” “OFF” and “AUTO” • Replaces 4100-1278 & 4100-1295 module • Yellow LED replaces a red LED • Some AHJs and specifically Canada will not allow red LEDs for control function status • The HOA LED/Switch Module provides annunciation and control at the operator interface • Raised momentary switches provide tactile feedback • Alternate switch action provides on/off functions • High Intensity Green/Yellow/Green LEDs provide clear status annunciation • Slide-in labels provide custom on-site labeling 4100-1302 shown above

  7. 4100-1301 & 4100-1302 HOA LED/Switch Module • 8 Fan Controls in a double slot module • Requires 4” of front panel bay space • Each control consist of 3 switches and 3 LEDs • Switches allow for status selection (On, Off, Auto) • LEDs and switches can be custom defined for other fan or damper control functions • One status LED per Switch • On/Hands On: GREEN • OFF/Hands Off: YELLOW • Auto Control: GREEN • Available as both Factory Built for new panels and as finished goods for aftermarket module installation • Agency Listings • UL ULC CSFM

HOA LED/Switch Target Markets • Primarily used in large building requiring HVAC override control…smoke control • Targeted to meet Canadian annunciation color code requirements • Existing HOA module used a Red Led for manual off function • New module use yellow LED for Off function • Can also be programmed for damper status indication • Open - trouble – closed • Can be programmed for floor or stair well pressurization • Exhaust –trouble- pressurized • The HOA LED/Switch Modules provide an easy cost effective solution • Replaces expensive custom annunicators/smoke control panels • Mounts internal to 4100U panel eliminating the need for additional custom cabinets • Reduce product and installation costs increasing competitiveness in projects requiring smoke control or HVAC control functions
