  2. Achieved goals • Test of new runControl software • Reconstruction mainly focused on TPC • Most challenging, cauz of tracking and data volume • Clusterfinding • Tracking ( 2 Trackers ) • ESD creation • Calibration with TPC • Part in global runs • Run of Pendelino, Taxi. • Use of AliEVE

  3. Not achieved goals • Write data to FXS • was forgotten to enable by shift crew • Write data to DAQ, decision • Because of some smaller issues • No test in forehand • Reconstruct HLT data offline • … data was not written

  4. General Problem • HLT is at the end of the food chain • HLT can start debugging if detectors deliver data • Detectors sometimes not patient. • HLT has to be more included in run schedule • HLT will deliver „test agenda“ for Feb run • HLT will insist on its execution

  5. AliRoot version • As discussed in forehand • Release of AliRoot should be present a week(?) before, because of installation and test of the software
