  3. Überblick über Wohnsituation in NÖQuelle: Statistik Austria, 2013 • 163.400 Mietwohnung in NÖ • Durschschnittlicher Mietaufwand: • NÖ: 6,20 € pro m² • Tirol: 7,67 € pro m² • NutzerInnen der NÖ Wohnassistenz 4,50 € pro m² • Durschnittlicher Wohnungsaufwand pro Whg.: • NÖ: 441 € • Tirol: 542 €

  4. Einkommenssituation der Nutzer_innen NÖ Wohnassistenz Das durchschnittliche Haushaltseinkommen beträgt € 1.129,48 netto. Das durchschnittliche Pro Kopf Einkommen beträgt € 509,77 netto. Im Durchschnitt bewohnt eine Nutzer_in der NÖ Wohnassistenz 28,66 m² Vergleich (Quelle Statistik Austria): Durschnittliches Einkommen in NÖ 2012: 2283,- Durschnittliche m² pro Person in Ö: 44 m²

  5. Resümee für NÖ Die BMS wird nur 12 x jährlich ausbezahlt! ASVG Ausgleichszulage zB. 14 x jährlich. Durch Anrechnung des Wohnzuschusses kommt es zu einer Schlechterstellung gegenüber ASVG-Ausgleichs-zulagenpensionist_innen (ASVG-Richtsatzanspruch 14mal pro Jahr). Diesen wird der Wohnzuschuss nicht von der Ausgleichszulage abgezogen. Menschen in unterschiedlichen Bundesländern erhalten unterschiedlich viel BMS für Wohnen. Lt. Beispiel fallen in Tirol 0 € Wohnkosten pro m² an, in NÖ 4,21 € pro m²
