  2. Con Ecografía transvaginal: Diagnóstico de Embarazo Ubicación Nº Fetos Viabilidad Fetal Edad gestacional Amniocidad y corionicidad en los embarazos múltiples. Patología uterina o anexial. Objetivos de la 1ª Ecografía

  3. Primera Evaluación Ecográfica • 4ª SO: Saco Gestacional • 5ª SO: SG (10mm) Vesicula Vitelina (3mm) • 6ª SO: Embrión (3 - 4mm) con latidos

  4. Evaluación Ecográfica del SNC • 7-8ª SO: Romboencéfalo (estructura quística). • 9-11ª SO: Hemisferios con 3ºs Ventrículos de gran tamaño y ocupado por Plexos Coroideos.

  5. Estimación Ultrasonográfica de la EG Antes de la 6ª semana: Estimación por secuencia de aparición de estructuras fetales. 6ª a 12ª semanas: Estimación por tablas de Longitud Céfalo – Nalgas.

  6. Longitud Céfalo – Nalgas : (6 - 12 semanas) Feto en corte longitudinal mayor, en posición indiferente. Cálipers en límites externos. Se excluyen SG y extremidades. Se deben realizar 3 mediciones. El error en el cálculo de la EG es < 3 días. Estimación Ultrasonográfica de la EG1º Trimestre

  7. Número de FetosAmniocidad y Corionicidad Monocorial – Biamniótico: Una placenta. Fetos del mismo sexo. Membrana divisoria delgada.

  8. MONOCORIAL-MONOAMNIOTICO

  9. Bicorial – Biamniótico: Dos placentas. Fetos distino o igual mismo sexo. Membrana divisoria gruesa.

  10. Translucencia Nucal y Hueso Nasal

  11. Diagnostico patologia anexial concomitante

  12. Miomas y Embarazo
