Quick Facts about Idaho Digital Learning Academy (IDLA) • Accredited STATE K-12 Virtual School (not charter) • Created to meet education needs of all Idaho students. • Created to serve as a SUPPLEMENT and service to Idaho Students, Districts, and State. • Envisioned in 2001 by Superintendents Association & established by 2002 Idaho Legislature. • Offer 140+ courses including AP and Dual Credit. • Local school and IDLA together are responsible for student success.

  2. Current Status of IDLA Current StatusIdaho Digital Learning Academy • 9600+ enrollments for 2008-2009. • Over a 50% increase over last year. • Scheduling conflicts, course not offered, and credit recovery are the top 3 reasons.
