Return of Testing Materials Overview • Return a WKCE test book or a WAA-SwD student Answer Document for all enrolled students – whether tested or not • Save boxes that tests came in to ship materials back to CTB • Separate WKCE materials from WAA-SwD materials • Separate “to be scored” materials from the “not to be scored” materials • Register for online retrieval by November 14, 2014

  7. WKCE “To Be Scored” Materials • Complete information on • Stack Card • Place Stack Card on top of • School Header Sheet • Bind stack with adhesive strips • Place bound stacks in box • Place School/Group List in • Box 1

  8. Stack Card 4th gr School Header Sheet The first WKCE stack for each grade in your school should be packed as follows: Place School Header Sheet on top of first stack of WKCE for each grade. Then Place the Stack Card On top of the School Header Sheet prior to binding the stack.Bind stack with adhesive strips.

  9. Stack Card 4th Grade WKCE The remaining WKCE stacks for that grade should be packed as follows: Place the Stack Card on the top of each remaining stack for that grade prior to binding the stack.Bind stack with adhesive strips

  15. “To Be Scored” and “Not To Be Scored” Test Materials Not To Be Scored (white labels): • All unused WKCE test books • Do NOT put “to be scored” materials in same box(es) with “not to be scored” materials • Extra (unused) WAA-SwD student Answer Documents • All WAA-SwD Testing materials To Be Scored (pink labels): • All completed WKCE test books • WKCE test books for Non-tested students still enrolled • All Completed WAA-SwD student Answer Documents including those students not tested but enrolled • Invalidated WKCE books or WAA-SwD student Answer Documents – The student tested but for some reason was invalidated

  19. White Shipping Label Box 1 of 2 WAA-SwD Unused Answer Docs WKCE Unused Test Materials WAA-SwD Test Books Materials “Not To Be Scored” may all go in the same box which includes, unused WKCE test books and WAA-SwD Answer Documents, and the WAA-SwD Test Books.

  20. On-Line Retrieval System • Finish packing your materials before registering for pickup of TO BE SCORED and NOT TO BE SCORED test materials. • Go to http://ctb.com/wsas (URL is case sensitive) • Districts must sign on using 4-digit district number.

  21. Retrieval of Materials • Verify the number of boxes picked up • Keep the receipts • If you discover a test book after pick up - you must go through the online retrieval system again.
