A 35-year-old man with proptosis and inferior displacement of the left eye without functional deficit. TitleSlide 1/4
A superior axial CT scan through the frontal sinuses showing the left frontal sinus opacified and a defect in the posterior wall. TitleSlide 2/4
A coronal view of the frontal sinus mucocele on the left side with loss of substance of the orbital roof in that area with resultant bulging of the mucocele into the left orbit. TitleSlide 3/4
There was an extirpation of the mucocele including its removal from the frontal sinus.The mucocele was removed through a Lynch incision through the medial superior right upper lid. Drainage was made into the right nasal passage and a drain was placed in the nose. The patient had an uneventful recovery without known recurrence. TitleSlide 4/4
