Business Models There are 5 sales methods for TRIBOS with Toyota • Applications at factory or PDI center • Treatments sold at point of purchase on new cars • Free treatments used to help drive sales on selected models • Treatments sold at service interval • Treatments through independent centers

Sales and application PDI application process • Option 1 - TRIBOS supply full training to Toyota Staff to perform applications in the PDI centres • TRIBOS will supply full training and senior trainer for an agreed time period to oversea launch • Option 2 - PDI application staff can be supplied by TRIBOS at an agreed cost per car • Full training collateral is available including video, training manual and full SOP • All cars are quality checked by senior management throughout the process

  8. Toyota Roll out program Dealership network Support We see that Toyota have some 127 dealerships through out all the key Regions of Malaysia and UMW are the dominant force in this market. To be effective these dealers require both technical and sales training. We would suggest a staged program of dealership visits and training sessions to support the roll out starting with Klang Valley and building from there

The Story So Far • Initially developed for the marine market as a specialist paint protection product by Hielaman and The Dow Corning Corporation • Tested, trialed and used by major manufacturers and distributors • E.g. Nissan, Infiniti, Mazda, Peugeot, Tesla… • After treating several hundred Superyachts and Business Jets with a product that stands up to the harshest environments, we transitioned to the automotive market to deliver a product that actually works! • Now able to offer co-branded sales and support packages worldwide to OEM, Distributors, Dealership Chains or Car Treatment Centers.

TRIBOS Explained • TRIBOS is a liquid polymer coating that forms an incredibly durable protective skin over the protected surface • Because of the unique chemical compound the coating cures to form an extremely thin (0.5 microns) transparent layer that is not only durable but flexible too • The polymer chemically bonds to the surface keeping it in place for longer • There are hundreds of polishes, wax’s and other protective coatings on the market, none of them offer the durability that TRIBOS can, wax’s simply wash off and other products can damage surfaces long term • When cured the TRIBOS polymer creates an extremely smooth surface that increases gloss and improves depth of colour
