  11. What is DEQ doing with results?

Possibilities Include . . . • Results will be communicated to all SNR agencies and other Secretariats • Agencies will be encouraged to incorporate results into their long-range planning and processes • Non-governmental groups and individuals will be encouraged to • Continue to communicate with state government • Take appropriate actions in their spheres of influence • Participate in cooperative public/private efforts • Assist state agencies, VMI, and others in continuing dialogue

  13. Possibilities do not include . . . . . . a formal “plan” in the traditional sense – one that would find its place on our bookshelves & never be implemented.

  14. Instead . . . We are encouraging • all parties to work with us in focusing on common priorities for the future, • understanding that each person, agency, and organization can contribute to effective resolution of priorities, • in ways that they deem suitable for their individual roles, responsibilities, needs, and resources.

  15. We cannot address a future we have not first envisioned.
