  2. Did you know… • Muslims are people who follow Islam also a building they worship is call Mosque. • Islam is the second largest religion in the world

  3. Basic Beliefs • Muslims are belief in Allah as the one and only god, along with belief in angels , holy books , e.g.Adam , lbrahim (Abraham) , Musa (Moses) , Dwud (David) , Isa (Jesus) , and Muhammad ( peace be upon him is the final prohibet)

  4. General Information • Islam has 1 billion followers • monotheistic because Islam believes there is only 1 god • Qur’an • They have to follow named Sharia means any type of harm to others if people break this law they will receive a capital punishment • Some leaders are Khalifah , Imam , Amir and Sutlan • To enjoy enternal life both physical and spiritual in heaven with Allah (god)

  5. Founding of Islam • Islam was Found in C.622CE • Muhammad found Islam

  6. Founding continued… • Pope Benedict XVlwas received • for his honesty although it insulted the Muslims Pope Benedict was being honest

  7. In the beginning… • They worshiped in Ka’ba in Mecca. • Allaah the arbic name for one true god

  8. And now… • Some followers live in the southern Philippines • 5 percent of the muslims live in the Philippines • Muslims still follow Allah and worship him the same way they used to. • There are no differences of how muslims worship now from then.
