SMPS for 3-Ph Input1500V MOSFET • The SMPS have been designed for industrial applications for auxiliary power supplies; • The input voltage in such applications can range between 230Vac and 460Vac; • The proposed power supplies are based on the high voltage power MOSFET, with VDS=1500V; • The power supply topology is the Quasi-resonant Flyback, driven by the primary controller L6565; • Two demoboard have been developed: • DB#1 – 10W SMPS with two isolated outputs • DB#2 – 40W SMPS with double output
