  5. Mikrobiologitelur • Yang paling utamamengkontaminasiadalah salmonella (S. enteriditis, S. Pullorumdan S. Typhimurium) • Jumlah 103 – 107 • Perubahanwarnajadihijaukarena Pseudomonas fluorescents, warnahitamkarenaPoteushauseri, merahkarenaSerratiamarcescens • Untukitutelurharusdisimpan 10-15oC dengankelembaban 80-85%
