  6. 区 域 网 络 In 2005, total number of marine science and technology achievements is 1306, of which 488 patents, 4949 academic papers, 68 Science and Technology Progress Awards at the province and ministry level. There are two achievements awarded by the central government.

  12. Policy of Marine science and Technology 4. The first National Ocean Development Plan issued in 2008, marine scientific and technological development is one of the key missions. In September 2006, the first National Marine Science and Technology Conference was held in China.
