  2. Machine Preparation & PM • Daily machine setup • Preparation before each shift • MTE preparation • Operator preparation • PM cleaning & maintenance • Weekly • Monthly • Semi-annual • Annual

  3. Daily Machine Preparation (before each shift) • Prepare by operator • Run one tray (dummy) checking for flux coverage • Confirm flux coverage • Run one tray (dummy) checking for ball placement • Confirm ball placement position • Run three trays (dummy) on ball placement after reflow • Make sure no merge ball after reflow • If they found any problems, assist for help from MTE

  4. Daily Machine Setup (before each shift) • Prepare by MTE • Pin-head cleaning (level 1: pin tip cleaning using acetone & paper) • Pick-head cleaning (level 1: using brush & air blow gun) • BSU cleaning (level 1: using brush & air blow gun) • FSU & sweepers cleaning (level 1:using acetone)

  5. Weekly PM • Pin-head cleaning (level 2: complete cleaning on pin head) • Cleaning on pin-head block which has problems • Pick-head cleaning (level 2: using brush & air blow gun with distillated water) • BSU cleaning (level 2: using brush & air blow with gun with distillated water) • FSU units & surrounding cleaning (level 2: using acetone) • Cleaning FSU, FSU sweepers & surrounding • Remove any flux drop surround FSU unit • Specially around sensors • Remove & clean all unused balls from ball bins (by IPA)

  6. Monthly PM • Replace filters in FSU auto-fill flux filters • Cleaning on BSU sweeper by IPA • Remove all the balls inside sweeper • Remove BSU sweeper • Cleaning BSU sweeper by IPA • Confirm BSU sweeper gap level • 5-8c • Remove all balls which drop in machine • Missing ball bins • Remaining ball bins • BSU bins

  7. Semi-Annual PM • Check indexer position on all motors • Run 200 trays w/units for indexing demo

  8. Annual PM • Check the functionality all vacuum pumps & sensors • Grease all axis LM guides and ball screws
