CCTS Milestones Specific Aim 1. • Identify change agents, opinion leaders, and adopter categories • Identify existing and potential organizational and community resources • Identify translational research needs among stakeholders Specific Aim 2. • Develop an advisory board to guide the translational research process • Develop and pilot test tailored educational and media strategies • Ensure information exchange between the Houston Community Advisory Board and the EXPORT UTSPH Brownsville advisory board. Specific Aim 3 • Document implementation of proposed infrastructure • Document intermediate and long-term outcomes among advisory group partners • Document intermediate and long-term outcomes among Texas Medical Center and LRGV health professionals
