Group Presentation Suggested format: • Title, Group members’ names • Identified Issue and Geographical Questions that your group is answering • Methods (Describe fieldwork) • Data (first bill vs second bill) • Analysis of Data – is there a difference? Did your proposed solutions help? • Reflection: What went wrong? Could anything be better?

  4. Group Presentation TIPS • 1) 20 slides ONLY • 2) MUST BE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING (font/colours) • 3) References are needed for images or content that are not your own (will teach you guys a nifty trick!) • 4) FONT: • Times New Roman, Helvetica, Arial. • NOT TOO SMALL. • Don’t use more than 3 kinds of fonts in total. • 5) REHEARSE AT LEAST 3 TIMES BEFORE PRESENTATION. • 6) ORIGINAL IMAGES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.

  5. REFERENCING • When citing an image Centered! Figure 1: Wow, much mosaic, many GIF. (Source: Google.com)

  6. REFERENCING • Citing another person’s article/essay/speech: • Surname of author, and year that it is published. • James (2010) asserts that water can be saved by reducing demand for water. It is also proven by several renown scientists who have spoken up about the “pressing need” for reducing human’s demand for water (Lee, 1998). AT THE END OF THE POWERPOINT, we will always have a section called Biblography/References. In it, YOU MUST write it properly what these tags are about. In science we use APA format. It is really DIFFICULT to do, but thank God for technology and smart students for https://www.citethisforme.com/
