What is writing • Writing is one of the productive skills ( reading- writing) • Writing skills are an important part of communication. Good writing skills allow you to communicate your message with clarity and ease to a far larger audience than through face-to-face or telephone conversations. • Grammar, spelling, punctuation are integrated in this skill • Writing depends on accuracy.
Why is writing important? • Writing is important because it improves communication skills, creative thinking and creativity. Writing is necessary for both school and work. Writing also helps the writer express ideas and beliefs.
Competences of writing • 4-1. Writing simple sentences using specific guide words ( e.g) • Write a short paragraph about painting using these guide words ( favourite- need- brushes- free Time)
Competences of writing • 4.2 Writing a paragraph using descriptive details with logical sequence • Write about an accident you have seen using these words with the help of the picture ( accident- first - hit- then - police car - hospital)
Competences of writing • 4.3 Writing a paragraph showing interest and experience • (e.g) Write a short paragraph about a place you have visited and things you have done there
Competences of writing • 4-4Writing topics related to other school subjects. • ( e.g) wire a short paragraph about what you do as a Muslim on Friday use your religion book.
