  3. 6.1 Inclusion of HFO blowing agents in product standard- Meeting 2012-10-31 – CEN TC 88 WG 6 (see doc N 884) Blowing agents manufactures + WG 6 members discussed what is the program needed for the introduction of new blowing agents into EN 13165 annex C The intentions of the fixed increment, of accelerated aging and of the normality test have been explained. Testing of products with new blowing agents should be checked on aging (accelerated aging); when possible testing should be tuned with the current PU Europe test program. The following actions shall be taken: A1.1 Start internal λ-aging-programme for new permanent blowing agents: A1.2 Co-ordinate / support programme A1.3 Elaborate proposal for testing programme (>2012-11): A1.4 Create aging data internally, according to the running λ-aging programme: A1.5 Check final test programme with relevant test-institutes (FIW, CSTB, …) A2.1 Start internal λ-aging programme for additives remaining in cell-gas (>2012-11): A2.2 Evaluate internal data: A2.3 Create (if necessary) aging data for gaseous additives in cells according to the running λ-aging program: Mr. Socha + PU manufactures A2.4 Check final test program with relevant test-institutes (FIW, CSTB, …)

ETICS (annex B of ETICS standard) The need for a test procedure for the tensile strength of Thermal Insulation Product as proposed ( 7days/ 50°C / 90% r.H) has to be clarified by Mr. Lohman (convenor of CEN/TC 88/WG 18). A.4 Mr. Kleser will send a letter to Mr. Lohman requesting clarification on request.

  6. 8.2 TC 88 WG 6 PU boards- Annex ZA – CPR meeting 2012-12-20 Minutes CEN TC88 WG2 AH4 meeting 20 12 2012 CEN TC99 WG2 AH4 CPR N050 Participants: P.Becker, D.VanMoorsel, J.Kleser, G.Curtenat, P.Vitse, J.Carvalho, W.Neuherz, R.Da Silva, R.De Block (RDB) Excused: M.Makas, E.Rasmussen, J.Fischer, J.Cuche • The objective of the meeting was to prepare final drafts CPR amendments for factory made building thermal insulation standards. We had to agree on the comments on the secretariats observations and the remarks of Mr J Cuche. • We agreed first on the general items and agreed after on PU, EPB, Cork, XPS and CG. Many observations are the same and many editorial mistakes are in the amendments (e.g. mention of MW in other standards) • For PU related issues se e the following document: 13165_Secretariats_observations_rem2012-12-20 (2) • Such as decided in our meeting on 20 12 2012, we have to follow a very strict planning if we want that the UAP formal vote shall start before 1 7 2013. • The agreed planning is: 30 12 2012 RDB is mailing the minutes and the decisions taken. Also the general comments agreed and valid for all products. (this mail) 10 1 2013 All product WG’s conveners are mailing the specific agreed comments on the secretariats observations to RDB and Leticia de Anda Gonzales. 15 1 2013 RDB is checking the proposals and mail agreement to Leticia de Anda Gonzales . 16 1 2013-XXXX Each of the conveners shall have to help Leticia de Anda Gonzales to implement the agreed changes 29 1 2013 Meeting of CEN TC88 WG10 on CPR. Agreed amendment for buildings have to be adapted to building eaquipments and Industry products.

  7. 8.6 TC 88 WG 18 ETICS • ETICS specifications-new TG has been founded to work on the ETICS specifications, first meeting end of January, Kleser/Meredith involved • PU Adhesive foam- WG 18 TG 7 worked out an proposal to include PU adhesive foam in the ETICS standard based on EOTA Guideline (to be finished by DIBt) , chairman J.
