Course Synopsis This course introduces fundamental of engineering drawing, engineering graphic as language, basic drafting skill and basics of lettering, Orthographic projection, applied geometry, shape description, basic dimensioning, Sketching, Sectional and auxiliary views, Introduction to computer graphics, Engineering applications.

Course Outcomes: • By the end of semester, students should be able to: • CO1 Describe common terms used in drawing and design. • CO2 Apply the basic drafting and sketching engineering components. • CO3 Apply orthographic drawing based on drawing standard. • CO4 Perform auxiliary view, cross section and isometric drafting. • CO5 understand the basics of computer graphics and Engineering applications.
