Planning wk5 1/2 • TPC capacitors + laser repair • TRD: LV investigation + Ethernet switches • SPD: put back and test SPD box (Mon 30/1) + drill filters • FMD: reinstall FMD2 box • T0: check fibers on detector (Mon. 17:00: remove T0 protection) • P2 tech: evacuation path SR5 (baby-frame) + L3 ladder + racks CR3 (Sat  no access low-beta) + L3 ventilation (Fri, put elbow) + vacuum-cleaning above MCTS + fix EMCal cable (Wed PM) • PMD maintenance • Remove V0-FMD1  no longer needed • Muon TRK: • Repair slats on ST3-ST4-ST5 • A.Saba –Thu-Sat

Planning wk5 2/2 • PH-DT: spare line for new TPC gas mixture (Wed stop Ar from 10:00 – 12:00) • TE-VSC: start pumping down central beampipe (Feb.2nd) • GS-ASE: sniffer maintenance • EN-EL: Optical fiber installation CR1 and CR2 (Tue) • EN-CV-DC: maintenance TPC-RR and ITS cooling plants (start on Feb.3rd) • EN-CV: Replacement CR3 racks + removal air conditioning CR2-3-4 + dry column test (2nd Feb) + cabling ITS ventilation unit + connection new pipe to existing one in CR5 (Mon AM) • BE-ABP-SU: survey TRD modules, CAL frame photogrammetry, MNF valve, MNF, SF deformation, TPC feet • EN-HE: 30th Jan. UX25 crane inspection by Brunnhuber • INEO: Ethernet cables (TRD-TPC) + connect new PHOS pump to UPS

Planning wk6 • TPC capacitors + check the loops for the thermal screen • PMD maintenance • Muon TRK: • Repair slats on ST3-ST4-ST5 • TE-VSC: pump-down central beampipe (cont.) • GS-ASE: maintenance gas detection (UX, CR5) • EN-CV-DC: maintenance ITS cooling plant • Transport + P2tech: • Mon: repair roller L3 door • Tue-Wed: close and bolt L3 doors  no access L3 + ramp-up B-field (10’, Tue or Wed PM) • Thu: reinstall ventilation  no access L3 • Fri: reinstall green bridges • EN-CV: restart L3 and PMD ventilator units (Thu-Fri) • BE-ABP-SU: survey MTK ST1-2 • EN-HE-LM: lift maintenance • UX: no access Wed from 7:00 to 9:00 • CRs: no lift Wed from 9:00 to 11:00
