  29. Packing • You will walking around cities shopping and sightseeing. You should pack sensible and clothes for both warm and cold weather. • All the town and cities we will visit in Yunnan Province are at a high altitude, so will be cold at night. • Shanghai might be quite hot and humid.

  30. Packing • Pack reasonably nice clothes which are comfortable and will not show the dirt too much. • You can hand wash some of your clothes if you want. • Washing kit • Basic first aid kit/medication bag • Inform us about any medical issues you have or any health related incidents which happen on the trip.
