Please avoid descriptions and use one or two words wherever possible. Current State - What is the culture of your organisation Now ? Future State- Now project 12 months to the day. What does your organisation look like now ? Enablers - What will enable this ‘Future State’ to happen ? Disablers - What will stop this ‘Future State’ from happening ? Using the flip chart provided and the responses on the Post-It Notes, review, discuss, assess and evaluate your findings.
