  5. Weighted Grading Template • Major grades (Test) – 45% • Minor (Quiz) - 40% • Other (Class/Homework) - 15%

  6. Homework • Homework is placed in a clear front report cover. • A homework cover sheet is used to record up to 5 assignments. • One accumulative grade will be entered in grade book. • Students can earn 5 extra points if parents sign the homework cover sheet.
