1. He is very passionate about product design ,reads books on lateral thinking/analytical, likes to think of himself as a problem solver. Goes about his work in the right direction, but owing to the considerably technical nature of his projects he has to approach other faculty members outside his project zone. In his opinion a lot of his time is wasted on finding the right person to advise or point him in the right direction, and less on the work. He is annoyed with the running around he has to do to get what he wants. He feels that a specific space to approach the experts /mentors for any kind of advice or even counsel is a must .A perfect gateway for personal and professional development is necessary in his opinion.
