Introduction Our Product Focus for the next two weeks is Collaboration Solutions. This is our first of many future Product Focuses that will center on business problems and solutions rather than one specific product. Customers are most receptive to our message when we communicate how our training solutions will directly impact their business. Collaboration tools have dramatically changed over the past several years as cloud solutions have been introduced to more and more organizations. Not long ago the conference call and the in-person meeting served as the height of collaboration. That is no longer the case. Today’s business demands that teams work together more cohesively and with fewer obstacles. The main collaboration tools and solutions we’ll be discussing include Microsoft Lync 2013, SharePoint 2013, and Office 365. This combined solution offers unprecedented collaboration capability.
