Make sure you have all your openers from Jan. 2-11 tomorrow. Don’t forget to study for Vocab 18 on Friday.

Be creative… sensory detail, similes, metaphors, relative clauses, and participial phrases? • How do you get down from an elephant? • Punk ride – a little kiddie ride at the carnival. • Goals – Practice participial phrases. Check dailies. Vote on sentences for candy! • Homework – Complete Whatever you did not finish in class today.

Practice more to see the different ways to make sentences with them. • Homework – Make sure that you will complete your revisions by tomorrow at the end of the day.
