Working as a long-term substitute teacher, I was able to earn my master’s degree in secondary education though Johns Hopkins University PROMAT program.

As a member of the JHU-ISTE cohort, I was able to participate in the National Education Computer Conference (NECC). Participated at NECC in 2007 & 2008 Add NECC Slide Show
After finishing up my online coursework, I realized in order for me to fully understand the role of an educational leader that I needed to continue to my education by pursing a master’s degree in school administration at Johns Hopkins University. • 851.708 Systemic Change Process for School Improvement • 881.611 Action Research for School Improvement • 881.622 Advanced Instructional Strategies • 851.609 Administrative and Instructional Uses of Technology • 881.621 Effective Schools and Effective Instruction • 882.524 Education of Culturally Diverse Students • 884.615 Cross-Cultural Studies in Literacy • 893.632 Data-Driven Decision-Making for Schools and Organizations • 851.630 School, Family, and Community Collaboration for School Improvement I • 851.809 Seminar in Educational Administration and Supervision • 851.810 Internship in Administration and Supervision
