Training • Workforce Investment Act Program • Adult & Dislocated Worker Federally-funded WIA Career Transition Service supplies a skilled labor force to employers through career development, training, and re-employment services with support from a career counselor **For a student to receive training assistance, programs must be in “Eligible” status on the Eligible Training Provider List** https://eligibility.coworkforce.com/Eligibility/ • Youth Designed to work with eligibleyouth, ages 16-21, in furthering their employment, education, & training goals

Training • Trade Adjustment Act • Federally funded program available for those who have been laid off from a company that is shifting production of a product to a different country and have a filed a petition for TAA certification with the State or Federal government • Paperwork to be completed is the same state-wide • Up to $20,000 for training • Other services available: Job Search Allowance, Relocation Allowance, Trade Readjustment Allowance (TRA), Health Coverage Tax Credit (HCTC), Reemployment Trade Adjustment Assistance (RTAA)

Northern Colorado Partnerships Employment Services of Weld County • Serves on all Advisory Boards at Aims • Career Coach serves on the Oil & Gas Task Force Oil & Gas Job Fair on 9/13/2012 • Aims Career Coach attends Unemployment Orientations to share information about Aims, programs available including Oil and Gas, meet individually with students

  8. Larimer County Workforce Center • Fast Track Sector training partnered with Aims Radiologic Technology, Surgical Technology, & Nursing • Workforce Center Staff serve on Clean Energy Advisory Board at FRCC
